Stay away!

<p>We rented a house through the RE/max melkbos property center. As a part of the agreement we made a deposit of 16.000 ZAR. Now over one year later, we still have not received the refund of our money. Mrs Courtney at RE/max has constantly been avoiding our calls and not replying to our mails. When we finally got in contact with the owner, (Mr Courtney) he promised to make the payment ”as soon as possible”. This was before Christmas. Since then (now 4 months ago) he has also been avoiding all our efforts to get in contact with him. Therefore I would like to send you all a warning, don’t do business with these people!!</p>
