SLOW service zero urgency zero attention to maintenance

Lack of communication from the Agent since the day I paid the deposit. With inspection issues were noted including a massive mould problem which was not stipulated when viewing the apartment. Issues were noted with inspection and key handover and nothing was actioned by the agent. I had to eventually throw my toys out the cot to get attention to the issues. Lack of urgency from landlords to fix issues. Only saw the negative Google reviews on remax lorraine afterwards. Stay away from Remax and their rental agents. The branch manager is not resolving anything and the principal do not even answer her phone nor return calls.
