Simona Oertel Remax Infloglobe violated Covid regulations for private viewings and breached lease contract , very rude and dishonest

having a huge problem with the attitude and conduct of the Remax Agent Simona Simona Oertel. First she arranged a private viewing which was in breech of our lease agreement whereby private viewings where only to start in August 2020. she brought the "potential clients" for viewings first week of June and she did not fully comply with Covid 19 regulations whereby consent forms needed to be sent to us, secondly screening questionnaires where not sent to us nor asked us Covid related questions to check if we have symptoms. mind you i have 5 small children in the house and she was forcing to start selling the property of which is not according to the terms of our rental agreement as tenants. she then requested for a second viewing of which this time i refused as my 6 month old baby had flu due to immunisations but Simona then proposed to have viewings the following day, i had to advise her of 14 day waiting period and the fact that she is going against our lease agreement that she can only start bringing please to view the house from August. i received emails as to how i'm refusing entry for people at the owners property which were very rude making it as if we are withholding the sale of the property. besides the fact that viewings are not supposed to happen i was more worried at the utmost disregard of COVID 19 regulations , i mean my kids could have contracted the virus due to Simonas greed to push a sale during these sensitive times and not even following FULL procedure of screening and consent. lastly we are being accused of breaking an oven which is remotely impossible for us to do, we followed procedure to report it when it broke and sent pictures but when we requested a meeting to discuss why the owner wants us to pay for the oven, she as our agent flat out refuses to meet with us. instead we get bombared with emails but when we ask for a meeting we get ignored.

i have also tried to reach her supervisor Marrieth Kloppers for Remax Infloglobe but i was blatantly ignored as well. very unproffessional, ********* and rude people i must say.
