SICK OF POOR SERVICE

Trying to purchase our 1st home through Remax. Attitude of agent was appalling, chased numerous times for feedback and documents. Eventually escalated to the Principle in Lake field and was assured issues would be resolved. We have been waiting for damp inspections/reports and extension plans that were requested back in January. Different stories Every time, constant back and forth and information still incorrect. Can't handle the stress anymore and all we have asked for from the beginning is for our concerns to be checked and recorded.
