Shocking service

<p>We have been renting since February through Remax Amanzimtoti. Paid 6 months upfront including deposit. On verbal agreement to rent, a pre paid electricity meter and for our place to be painted was supposed to be done. After numerous attempts It is now almost 7 months later - no electricity Metre but a ridiculous electricity bill. No painting either. Always excuses. By the time they said they would paint my wife was giving birth the next day and we could no longer paint. Our statements do not reflect the correct amount that we have paid, when asking them this morning their response was there is nothing they can do as their accounts lady is off and after asking for the principal he would not come out and resolve this issue with me. I will never rent again from Remax and will soon be looking for another place to rent. I am in shock and disgust after so long and dealing with this kind of manner. </p>
