They charge to fix things that got nothing to do with the certificate to make some extra money. Without changing anything since I bought the house and the previous certificate was issued by the same company they had to change an circuit breaker on the DB board. I just wonder how the previous certificate was issued?

Remax is the last company I will ever use when buying another house.
