Selling of Property

Its been almost a year and almost 5-6 agents later and 7 offers on our property later that we managed to get our property sold. <br> <br> We have tried numerous agents and one after the other gave us trouble, **** and just in general no updates or feedback. <br> <br> We then after the 7th offer decided to make use of RE/MAX, without signing any sole mandate we made use of RE/MAX Broadacres - Fourways to sell our property and after meeting with the agent - Tanit day 2 we already had our first interested party in our property.<br> <br> After day 4 we had our first cash offer and I must admit what a pleasure. She kept us updated all of the time whether it was via Watsapp or phone or email. She always made sure we knew exactly what was going on and even kept in contact with the buyer. Once a Offer has been signed normally the agent has done there part of the job, but not Tanit. <br> <br> She was still involve and kept us updated.<br> <br> We must say it has been an absolutely pleasure working with Tanit of RE/MAX. If we have had more agencies like this we would have sold our property ages ago and it would have not been so stressful.<br> <br> Thank you for the excellent service!!!<br>
