My husband and I were looking to relocate to Potchefstroom and we saw an ad regarding a 3 bedroom house in Elandsheuwel Grimbeek Park advertised by Hennie after making enquiries we discovered that the current owner is not aware of the sale nor did she requested for her house to be on the market.
