Ruined our lives

Got the most horrible service from remax grassy Park. We have been **** to and messed around. Remax grassy Park has ruined our lives and ****** us of so much. I want to take matters further even if it means Escalating this matter to the newspapers. We signed an offer to purchase with them in July 2016. Offer Been accepted. It's almost July 2018... 2 years later.....we paying a bond and we are living I n a separate entrance still waiting on our house and remax grassy park pathetically does nothing. Who can I chat to or can I go straight to the papers with this. I have alot more hard proof and more info. This is just a tip of the ice berg... There is alot more to the story. Please assist.
