I recently reached out to an agent by the name of Emely Motaung working in the Soweto branch to help me with a property valuation report for the purposes of a school assignment. She told me to pay R1200 to get the report done, not knowing if this was a payment made to the company or her personal account, and she ****med me by giving me a mediocre report that didn't even give me the market value of my property. I had to ask her numerous times to do it right and give me the information I wanted and she ultimately told me she knew nothing about property valuation! I went to the lightstone website, the site she used to generate the report, and a report cost R92,50! This company is a ****, stay away from it!!!
