REPAIRS TO MY PROPERTY

I have couple of issues and Roxanne de Beer from REMAX-MASTER is not willing to assist. I bought the property last year, five months in that unit, my wardrobe door broke, I was taking a shower when opening the door it fell and I was covered in blood my hands and legs. I'm not even in that unit for 12 months everything seems to be breaking. The other day it was the shower holder, and the was a time when the pipes from my bathroom were leaking. <br> <br> I reported this to Roxanne de Beer and was told nothing can be done. I the must be an insurance to cover such instances and when they built those flats they were well aware that such issues might arise.
