Rents my flat out without my permission

Remax in Welkom rents my flat out without my permission not paying me the rent money. I have to pay an electrician, plumber, carpet cleaning people and people to clean my flat after the tenants are removed after saying for free for months. Remax holds the deposit paid and refuse to pay towards the costs. They have a no care attitude about renting my flat out and me not receiving the rent money. They refuse to answer my calls or emails about the matter. I WANT ALL MY MONEY!!! As for their head office, they have the same bad attitude. Ronel at the head office promised to phone me back on the same day I reported this matter to Hello Peter about two weeks ago, she never phoned me back. When I phoned her now, she said she does not have time for this. She said I will have to sort it out myself....what a bad way of doing business and doing people in...it's disgusting what they do. They really should not be in business as they ***** from people by renting your flat out without your permission and you don't get the rental money and then still have to pay to get it cleaned and fixed while they sit with even the deposit...disgusting!!!
