Rental Non- Payment

I have a property, in Lephalale that has been given to a rental agent Helium Properties,, Helium Properties have leased the property to Remax, Remax has a tenant that has been delinquent in terms of making timely payment,<br> over the months, i have been very patient, getting the rental about the midmonth each month.this cost me personally in interest. For the month of November i did not receive my payment, and was promised at the end of the month, i agreed, this promised did not realize. i made queries, and was promised that the rental for November and December will be made today the 4th. This has also not materialize. I believe that the admin staff (Monica/Lindy) are making some effort., but feel that the matter needs to be escalated, therefore this complaint. i am not sure if the spelling of Lindi/y is correct.
