Rental agent not working

When i moved into the place I rented the agent Vicky Brown, didn't help and i had to find out water rates and electricity and find the keys my self. When i moved out a year later the same thing happend to the new tenants and what is making it bad is, she told me the landlord had a problem, when i called him he had no idea of what she was talking about and never spoke to her, she also tels me she can not give me my deposit back because the new tenant doesnt have the key, but they had the key from day one.

I would like to let people know she takes you to a place and after that it is everyone else's problem and she sits back and makes money of you.
