Rental Agent causes financial

I appointed Remax to find a tenant for my property .I'm referring to the Erasmuskloof Agency in Pretoria. The service I received from the Agent was disappointing and she negated her responsibilities and although a lease contract was signed and the landlord fulfilled al his obligations as per the lease contract ,the agent informed me a few hours before the tenant had to move that they are pulling out of the legitimate lease contract .The agent should have protected my rights but sided with the tenant.She also did not make sure that the deposit was paid for the property Her action has caused considerable financial damage
