Remax/Direct Allen's Nek

Worst Real Estate Agency ever. Paid over R17000 deposit for something that was advertised falsely. No transparency from agents with regard to safety, security and privacy, useless trying to get any feedback or assistance from the office or principal and owners Jerry and Joanna. The agent himself, Jannie, flat out **** and falsely advertised the premises as eco saving, safe, etc. but had to move out after a month because of numerous problems, including rat and ant infestations, lack of privacy and no security. Now they refuse to pay our deposit back even though they were in breach of contract first. We have already reported them to the EAAB as well as the Housing Rental Tribunal but would like others to know exactly what Remax/Direct Allen's Nek is all about. They are lying and thieving and take advantage of good, honest people.
