Remax Weltevredenpark POOR SERVICE!!!!!

I moved out of a rented property on the 31st of January. No one had the decency to call and tell me when to expect my deposit refund. I sent them an e-mail last week Friday - no response. Followed up with a phone call and another e-mail on Monday and the receptionist told me to wait for a call from Cassandra. The receptionist also said I was supposed to have received my refund already. I only got an e-mail from Cassandra yesterday and she told me that she will send a breakdown of my deposit refund during the course of the week, mind you yesterday was Wednesday which means we are halfway through the week. She then told me the refund takes about 7-14 days and tomorrow marks 14 days since I moved out. My question what has she been doing since last week Monday? I wouldn't recommend this branch to anyone. Lack of accountability, lack of compassion and poor customer service experience.
