Remax Welkom bad services.

I bought my property at Park Court Welkom. And the managing agents then was Procor. Remax Welkom took over 2025. Ever since then we have been struggling with services. I had roof leakages my ceiling is damaged from last year October,either they reply for the sake or ignore my messages. Pedestrian gate is not working,it was reported,it is now 2 months. Sewage system is a disaster we have water all over the yard. Now we have a new problem a warning letter saved by Matjhabeng municipality which states we owe the municipality as Park Court R166K. We have been trying to enquire about this from Remax Welkom. No one is entertaining us or even giving us an explanation. If that letter was not delivered at the primises plus electricity that was cut off we would have never knew about this big debt. All we need is answers n clarity on the matter
