Remax unwilling to pay deposit

2 Months after my contract ended at a place I rented, none of my deposit have been payed out. The reasoning is that they need to repair things in the house. I have accepted one or two things that I am responsible for, but not close to the worth of my deposit. They sent me a long list of things that need to be repaired for which I definitely are not responsible for as they were present when I moved in, but no one bothered to listen when I asked to repair those problems such as leaks and broken shower doors. When I moved out no one was there to do inspection with me either. They also waited a month after repaying the amount that wrongly went off for January this year and then they only repaid R6565 in stead of R6978.
