RE/MAX unprofessional bad service

I moved in to an apartment at the link, Rivonia it was a rocky start, my access to the gate was an issue and I addressed it with the Agent Bulelani Mageza from RE/Max in krammerville if I am not mistaken, after a back and forth he managed to sort out my access. When I moved in the balcony door does not close later realized the window in the main bedroom also doesn’t close, it’s almost a month I have been reaching out to him via email and he has been straight ignoring my emails, it’s been a month I am sleeping with an open balcony and an open window, I also advised him of the condition of which I found the place in and he does not seem to be interested. Don’t ever use this Agency for buying or rental coz they are very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Oh before when he use to respond to me emails or calls he would tell me about the landlord of which it doesn’t make sense to me as I signed the contract with the agent not with the landlord.”, so I communicate with him directly for any issues that I found upon my move in. I had asked him to come in for an inspection he agreed but nothing till now and also advised him about the roaches in the apartment when I came to view the place but still nothing has been done. So basically none of my issues or concerns raised with the agency have been resolved except for the key(access to the gate). I had also asked that we communicate via email instead of calls because he seemed to be telling me a lot of things which took us nowhere really.
