I recently had the opportunity to work with Michelle Rughbeer in my search for a new apartment, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.

After viewing two properties, I was particularly interested in one apartment, which I believed would be a great fit for my growing family. During the process, Michelle was initially responsive and accommodating, even offering to sell the furniture in the second apartment. However, my experience quickly took a turn for the worse after I asked for the opportunity to have my girlfriend view the apartment before signing any agreements.

Instead of offering a reasonable solution or displaying professionalism, Michelle snapped at me in a manner that was uncalled for and unprofessional. I was made to feel rushed and dismissed, which significantly impacted my confidence in moving forward.

Further complications arose when I followed up regarding the promised furniture. Unfortunately, Michelle responded by making false accusations against me, calling me dishonest, and even defaming my character in an inappropriate manner. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also deeply disappointing, especially in a situation as significant as securing a home for my family.

As a potential tenant, I would expect clear communication, respect, and professionalism from an agent. Unfortunately, this was not the case with Michelle Rughbeer. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend her services, and I hope others can avoid the frustrations I encountered.
