Remax Town & Country Krugersdorp Bad Service they only care up untill they got a signed OTP and their commission . The Agent in Randfontein Elize Van Niekerk sold our house we actually drop by 100 000 to suit her needs by having a pre approval buyer .After how many discussions of when the new people will move in on occupational rent liked we discussed with her when signing the OTP the stories started they apparently paying lessor rent where they currently are wich include their water.So i came R1000 off with the rent to help and then they need to pay for their own water , sewerage and waste. Elize send the people to us they came to tell us they need to move asap can they move in but they dont have money Again I helped by splitting up the 1st installment of the occupational rent .they paid that off now. the current issue now is the water usage which i paid for 3 months everytime they got a story by saying i can wait they are waiting for tax money which is not my problem its a home owners responsibility to pay for that. Asked Elize how many times to sort them out just saying they are waiting for money.How can I still be waiting Will i ever see that e months money after i was good to them.Is this not Remax and Elize responsibility to get this sorted out asap.I need my money also need to pay where i stay . I hold Remax responsible for this payment as this is month end they must make a plan.I am not leaving it there need this matter to be attended to asap Also mailed Ivan Maritz from Remax
