Thuli Dikgole a property practictioner of Remax called me to sell my property. 1. My private cellphone number is not publicly listed anywhere, nor have I provided it to Remax at any point. 2. I was never asked for nor did I provide consent for Remax or your agents to use my information for direct marketing or property-related contact. 3. When I questioned the agent about where she obtained my personal details, she was unable to provide a clear and honest answer.

This raises a strong likelihood that my personal information was obtained, stored, or processed in violation of the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
