Remax Team Khaya - REMAX All Stars. Wolves in sheep's Clothing
We decided to start looking for a bigger property as we are expecting a baby anytime soon now, we showed interest in a property in Alberton and that's how the first wolf (deon Naaidoo) made contact with us. He came here explaining that we would have to first sell our property before even starting to look for something else. We signed a sole mandate which this wolf explained only the amount we selling for and his commission he is to make from the sale. Never took the time to explain what happens when we decide not to sell anymore and wish to withdraw our property from the market. First OTP was signed which fell through as the buyer did not declare certain things to the bank, we then signed a second, on a Saturday, which we asked deon the Tuesday Morning to please put on hold and not proceed, which he indicated its a good thing we informed him as he has not made any applications to any institutions yet. Few minutes later calls back and informs us that the client managed to get a copy of the OTP and went and submitted an OOBA application, that's when it started getting scandalous. We excepted the fact that now legally we *****ed and that Naaidoo has now decided to make our lives very difficult. He sent the second wolf here (John De Melo) . This one came and sat with us explaining to us in not so many words that legally we ****ED if we wish to withdraw our property, not giving us any hope, he even promised that he would do his best to slow down the process so financially we would not be inconvenienced. This all shortly turned against for some reason only these two back stabbers would know of. John made empty promises that he would not put me and my expecting wife under any pressure and make this transaction as comfortable as possible, after he left that is when our calls at some point was ignored, emails sent not responded to, they literally started to financially ***** us over. When we sat with Wolf 1(Naaidoo) he explained how the proceeds of our property would cover everything (Bond settlement, Bond and transfer costs, HIS commission) and how we will still safely come out with money to assist with our new born after the sale. He failed to mention all other costs involved, like: Early termination, rates clearance, bond cancellation with the attorneys. These now was added and deducted from the proceeds which financially implicated us. We even had to made additional debt to pay of a R32000 portion of the bond costs for the new property which he sat and worked out and stated would be fully covered by our proceeds. If that not enough we have been asking and pleading with them to please allow both properties to lodge at the same time to avoid anyone from being left without a place to stay or to avoid anyone having to pay any occupational rent, which John De Melo now decided that he would go the extra mile and try and force to lodge so we are financially *****ed before we even move in the new year. The attorneys from our new property has been in contact with the attorneys from remax side and advised and asked for a response on this matter to confirm that they would lodge simultaneously to which they fail to respond on and confirm. I have to follow up and beg them to stop trying to do this to me and my family to which we are blatantly shown that they do not care what their actions are about to cause for me and my family. Covid has done enough financial damage to so many people even them in the estate sector yet they would prowl on people like us trying to start new memories despite the pandemic and how its effecting everyone. I just have a fair warning, be careful of these two individuals (DEON NAAIDOO and JOHN DE MELO) they will show you the meaning of devious mentality and how they have the power to decide how buying a new property can turn against you. I leave you like I said on your Facebook wall in GOD's hands, Karma will deal with you both......if not you your kids and family as you are doing to my family
