Re/max taking advtantage of me as a tenant.

I rented a place through re/max, in Cape Town and experienced the most unprfessional behaviour ever. The agent was always more reprsenting the landlord and did not care about the tenant, he consistently was defensive when it came to taking responsibility and according to me violated a few of the agremeements in the contract. I was told to do a post-viewing of the property after he had already done one himself which if I am not correct not allowed according to the agreement and contract in order to claim damages. The property was to come with Wifi but apparently the agency refuses to acknowlege when it was not working that it is their resposibility. I am so disspointed as Re/max used to be a big deal when I was younger , but now I can see that is no longer the case.
