Remax rustenburg

I have n problems. Rustenburg remax is rude and is not professional. I have contacted there head office and also no help from there side. So please do not use remax. I have sold my house and the new owner Wil move in the 1st January promise by the agent. And it did not happen. 3 months latter he have moved in so 2 months the house was standing empty. I had good renters what have moved out for the new owner. What not happen I have lost over R20000 due to remax. Phone there head office and no help.
