Remax rude agents

I sent a email to an agent regarding a property I'm grassy park Megan van Der Walt told me the property is under offer already she recommended another place but before the hole conversation via watsap I tried to call her eventually I sent a msg via watsap she responded and told me about another property in the conversation I asked if I could call her then she called me sent me the link of the other property as I was opening it she called we spoke then she said I can negotiate on the price and she made a mistake saying 430 or 420 I told her it's u saying 430 don't u mean 530 or 520 as it's advertised for 550 she hung up the phone sent me a msg again say she never said 430 it's 550 then blocked me on watsap I tried to contact one of the other agents to enquire about the property told him the hole experience wit Megan he said he will find out and let me no y she did that and about the property his name is Arthur both work at the remax office in grassy Park still no feedback on the property and Megan not sure wots happening their all I wanted to no is about the property remax such a big name but the ppl that work for them is very unprofessional at the end I won't recommend them to no.one as not sure wot their issues is they need to sort but as for Megan that was so uncalled for to react that way plain rude I've got the hole watsap conversation between both ppl Megan and Arthur
