Remax Richards Bay can not be trusted!

I am a owner of a flat unit number 3 , Nandi Mews, Arboretum , Richards Bay. Remax Richards Bay is the body Corporate . It was communicated that if the owner decides to put aluminium windows , Remax will pay the half. I told them that I already put the aluminum windows and they said I should send them proof of payment and I did. I sent them last year. They said the trastee has approved the payment but will only be done January 2025 . Now come 2025, they say my invoice that they approved last year is old.
