Remax rents my flat out without my permission

They put tenants in my flat. The tenants paid a deposit and rent for one and half months then stopped paying. I refused to sign the contract as I did not want them in my flat and told Remax to get them out my flat. Remax kept promising that the tenants will be paying rent, I must just wait. I told them I want them out!!! Remax kept them in my flat without my permission and I never received rent money at all. They owe me at least four months rent plus penalties. Remax also assured me that the tenants were paying the municipal accounts, but they never did. Not one single payment was made on the municipal accounts. And an agent takes a deposit which is then used to repair things if there are damages and to clean the flat. They kept the deposit and I had to pay an electrician, plumber and carpet cleaning people as well as someone to clean my flat in order to get tenants into my flat. When I try to phone Remax, they don't answer their phones. They are now just leaving the matter it seems. I need my money and I cannot accept the fact that they had people in my flat without my permission and me losing out on my income. When I did speak to them, they were rude with a no care attitude
