REMAX Property purchase nighmare

We purchased a property from REMAX INFOGLOBE in October 2018. An outside bathroom was advertised to be part of purchased property, When we started renovation on the bathroom, enquiries were made by the neighbour and upon "investigation" by REMAX it was found the bathroom is actually communal property. REMAX offered to pay to restore bathroom to original state, as property was sold by them under false pretence, once contractors started the process to restore the bathroom, they damaged ceiling in our property (Garage) and REMAX's principal agent Marieth Klopper sent an email refusing to pay for the damage, although their contractors caused it. I sent a complaint via REMAX South Africa's website to no avail. REMAX is the worse retail estate agency. They do not do their home work on the properties they sell and try to fix up their mess, cause an even bigger mess and then they run away. Disgusted at the service or lack thereof from them. We did not even receive a welcome from them when we moved in, despite the agents making "missed" appointments to deliver our " welcome voucher" Despite the damage you caused to our property, you got us into a long term deal under false pretence as the property we bought from you, was not the property advertised by you. Driven by sales and commission, not focused on service at all.
