Remax properties- the worst rental company I've dealt with
The worst property rental agents ever. They never did inspections when required, offered service for 12 months and only assisted me for 6 months - but did NOT refund any money. The person in charge had no idea how to calculate municipal accounts that are shared, so after wasting my time asking I had to hire another person to do it. This incurred more cost - leasing privately would have been easier, cheaper and much more efficient. I have actually lost money than gained . A truly useless office in Durban, with no structure, professionalism or leadership.
