REMAX PROPERTIES NOT RENDERING SERVICES AS PER CONTRACT

I’m a home owner, bought a unit in a complex in Meyersdal, Jhb, through a REMAX agent. I signed a contract with REMAX to lease my 3 bedroom unit, which they did. They got a tenant for me which has been staying in my unit since August 2022. Till to date, electricity has not been paid, despite me emailing them the utility bill and calling them. Again, today it’s the 17th April, I haven’t received my rental amount. The electricity bill is now over R16000, and REMAX is not doing anything about it. Monthly REMAX is collecting commission from me, but are not rendering the services that we contractually signed for. I don’t know what else to do, phone calls are not helping either. I’m so frustrated
