RE/MAX Pretoria - Unprofessional

RE/MAX Pretoria has been the worst experience of my life. I have never been treated so bad as a lessee before. When notifying the agent of a problem, I was blamed for the building's poor construction, when I had nothing to do with certain wear and tear. When moving out I asked for invoices on what they spend my deposit on and what they used the cleaning fee for which I paid in the beginning of the year (as the law allows me to), I have not received any response on those questions, even though we have sent many emails to the agent asking specific questions. We are still waiting for a response. For the first time in my life I wanted to move out of a flat before I had even settled in. The whole year was uncomfortable and stressful. I would advise people to find another business. It feels like there is no respect for the customer.
