RE/MAX Potchefstroom North west

I'm renting almost 2 years at the agents and communicating between them and the owner of the property.

As there were a few things that need to be fix at the house and told me time on and time on that it will be fix as soon as posable but nothing happens. I then withhold one month rent for them to come and do the repairs and as soon if repairs is done that ill pay them the outstanding 1 month rent immediately but still nothing as a few emails between me and the agent on disagree that it will not be fix and that the owner do not need to do anything at the place and told me that i need to evict the property immediately with in 21 days my contract end end this year November and according to contract they need to give me 2 months notice witch they did not do just give me a evict notice that i need to leave. due to all respect i have all proof op payments of rent and emails and now the agent blacklist me for R19618 for what what is this amount for they blacklist me.

I need help regarding this there is no way this week i can get a new place to live and for the blacklist its impossible to rent now where do we go i have kids and we have been evict agents law.

RE/MAX so call the best rental agency is total ******* and no respect do not help the tenants and do not care about anything by them self how and where can i take this matter further.

As i spoke to the agent about this problem and told him that im going to the papers and social media about this he told me that he would not prefer me to do so as RE/MAX is big and will sue me but i on the other hand did not do anything rong i ask to fix a problem and was promise it will be solve
