Remax poor service

I asking for help in regards to Remax estate agency in Marlbaton about the agency Maggie Khondowe for not finishing her job .

I bought house in Alveda the was no water no geyser and electricity (meter box and card as it is prepaid ), and i complain but is seems as the agency and the seller dont want to do fix that and they make me speak to the seller and she was paid to finish her job

I call Mulbarton *** offices many times since last year and the manager is very busy to talk to me or return my calls ,When i called the Agency she just say she is fixing it .
