Remax Platinum Rustenburg

We bought a house through Remax Platinum Rustenburg from estate agent by the name of Jacky Motlhabane on the 26 /10/2021,even today the never hand us the keys,the time we wanted to move in we found people(not the sellers) staying at the house.Now we went through all the law eviction process then the lawyer want R30k for sheriffs to take out those people with their belongings.Remax does not want to get involved to resolve this matter so that we can get our house.We are now paying the house since end of March 2022 we are not staying in and we also pay rent where we live.
