Remax people are *****’s

Can someone please refer me and help me fight REMAX ADapt properties . They are *****’s and **************** . I moved out of the property Richmond park on the 31st of December and my deposit in total close to 9K , they just sent me the balance refunded to me is R1,309. I have supporting proof pictures that when I moved in the cupboards hinges were loose and the unit itself was not in a good condition from water leaks and extractor globe not working but not I’ve been charged R6,552 rand for repairs which they claiming that R3,603 is for materials being paint for whole unit 2bedroom apartment, extractor globe and bedroom cupboard hinges and R2,948 is for labor. Upon my stay the unit was not painted and now I’m being told that the unit needs full painting as it was in a poor condition and bedroom cupboard hinges are loose and need to be fasten and fixed . I’ve sent them pictures originally of the apartment how it was and I mean bedroom cupboards saying hinges are loose , our clothes are there and open the wardrobe so if the hinges are loose, is it not obvious that the quality is poor and as for whole entire unit being painted with my deposit? I’ve asked for receipts and dates including prices to see what they bought and no one has gotten back to me. The agents I’m dealing with is Geraldine Elliott and Tyran Elliot. Please I need help
