Remax One Edenvale - *********** and unprofessional staff and owner

Very poor communication s****s i.e. No reporting, I always had to make first contact. Very poor business s****s. These idiots cannot even perform basic math. Agent attempted to bully me into dropping my price further. It was already below market value. The person wanting the flat also could not afford the rent but they wanted to place them. Pictures used in the adverts were unprofessional and didn't promote the best parts of the flat. But rather focused the first two images on the stairway to the flat. So first impressions were poor. The flat was difficult to find in any advert for the first month. Rental agent damaged blinds in my unit then claimed they were always broken. I just had the place completely revamped and the blinds were serviced and in perfect working order. I have invoices proving the work had been done before handing keys to Remax. Owner of Remax One thinks that the blind repair company would meet him on site to discuss the issue. In what world would they agree to come meet him to assess the issue? Who do they think will pay the call out? Be very cautious of using these people. They see your million rand asset as "stock". It's just another item on the shelf for them.
