Remax Not Paying Me Tenants Rent For My Property

Remax has found me a Nigerian tenant who seems to be doing ****s in my house. Worse of it, Remax has not paid me a cent for these men’s stay in my property. Remax is holding onto the first month rent + their deposit + the deposit of my previous tenant. Nobody has bothered to contact me from their Finance department. I’m now so behind with payments regarding the house. This is such an inconvenience & a terrible service.
