RE/MAX NORTHLAND POLOKWANE

RE/MAX northland realty poor service extremely shocking!!!!!! I have recently moved from Pretoria to Polokwane and was assisted by Remax northland Polokwane and the service I hade been getting from my agent and her supervisor has been a real shock! Week 2 inns,I am still battling to get any assistance from any of them with issues regarding the unit,there was no checklist done when I moved in,I am being referred to maintainance to body corporate regarding all my issues which no one attends to-everything that I was told will get sorted out upon viewing the place,I am now being told are not offered /does not come standard! It’s just a mess,ceiling issues every week,moved in with a broken ceiling in the main bedroom,picking up cracks on the ceiling,every day is a new discovery and 0 help from anyone at Remax!never thought I could be dealing with such unreliable and *********** rental agency! The chats between Myself and Remax representatives,another service shock for another day!
