REMAX MARINE RICHARDSBAY ********* and rude NO SERVICE

Hi i would like to let people know about remax marine Richards bay and they poor service i own a flat in brackenham which remax marine is in charge of maintenance and levies i have relocated and put my flat on rental and had put a stop order in place for levies to be paid ever since september 2014 to current an amount of 600 is paid to them however levies had increased by a few rands and i was not aware so the shortfall accumulated and to a few thousand remax then sold my debt to a company called stylis debt collections and remax is also claiming they have not been receiving payments and is requesting i get bank statements to prove payments made from 2014 to current and now in total remax is claiming 70,000 from me to obtain a levies certificate i have tried calling the remax marine offices to rectify this they are saying they cannot assist as they don't keep records and are insisting i produce bank statements for 5 years which will cost me 2500 to get i sent them a letter from the bank stating that there were no failed debit orders and the amount being paid and how many payments have been made to them in total 66 payments was made to them to date i then called remax owner trudy and pleaded for assistance once again and she was rude and said to me i must do what i want and if i take it legally cost will be alot so i can do as i please .......she is so ********* and rude .aswell as its known to us that trudy had employees that were fired for doing ********** dealings in her company.so no help or feed back from rude trudy.
