RE/MAX KUILSRIVER, (WC) GIVES THE WORST RENTAL MANAGEMENT SERVICE

I had the worst experience with Re/max in Kuilsriver, Western Cape under their agents Debbie Ngoma and Fred van der Merwe as they were managing my properties in 16 Windsor Street. . These agents even refused to conduct a proper inspection after their tenant which was Debbie left my house with holes on the wall, missing curtain rails, while other rails where on the floor, toilet set on the floor, the tile in the living room has a crack, the kitchen cabinets are dirty. The paint work is the worst. The bachelor at the back there are holes on the walls inside and outside the flat. The paint work is the worst, there are two sets of paints on the walls inside the flat.

They refused to attend to our complaint. They did not even avail themselves to come and view the issues. I`m beyond being dessapointed with their service.
