RE/MAX Independent Properties

On the 22nd of May I made an application on Re/MAX Independent properties with an agent called Dian van Niekerk. I sent him a text on that day that I emailed the documents and made the payment for the credit check, and he said he sent them for processing. From that day I’ve been texting him asking if the application is approved yet but he never responded till today. He is so unprofessional
