REMAX-HELDERBERG: NO CLIENT SATISFACTION

I have a very serious issue with the honesty of the AGENT for REMAX-VILLIERSDORP, a branch of the the REMAX-HELDERBERG, a franchise of Remax Southern Africa. Detailed below are the issues I have with REMAX-HELDERBERG: 1) Remax Southern Africa on 7 January 2020 sent REMAX-HELDERBERG details of my complaint regarding the honesty of the AGENT for VILLIERSDORP and asked them to consider my complaint and to revert to me. I heard nothing from REMAX-HELDERBERG; 2) I Asked my attorneys to address a letter to REMAX-HELDERBERG. Again no response to their letter. Not surprising; 3) Remax Southern Africa, the Franchisor, on Tuesday 18 February 2020, again addressed a letter to the Broker Owner/Broker Manager of REMAX-HELDERBERG requesting them to contact me and to set up a meeting to discuss my complaint against the Agent in VILLIERSDORP. Again no response from REMAX-HELDERBERG

Several thoughts spring to mind: 1) what are REMAX-HELDERBERG trying to avoid or conceal by not meeting with me; 2) is accountability and honesty not one of their values; 3) are they not concerned about ensuring that their CLIENT is satisfied; 4) do you want to be a CLIENT of REMAX-Helderberg, I would think not. If they can ignore and avoid me, REMAX-HELDERBERG can do the same to you.

THINK CAREFULLY BEFORE APPOINTING REMAX-HELDERBERG TO ACT AS YOU AGENT!
