Remax has not client service

We have been renting via Remax since 2007 and since our rental agent left (lena) we have had no service at all from then. From waiting for more than 1 year for a key for our sliding door, to not fixing broken burglar guards and a shower that shocks you ( all of the the faults reported many times to them( to them actually making an appointment with me and then not showing up or even bothering to call me back after I phoned to enquire as to why they have not showed. Remax in Richards bay is the worst run agency in South Africa and as for customer service I doubt they know what the definition is.
