Remax Goldfields- Welkom - worst service

Remax Goldfields Welkom - worst service. Lease started on the 1st of October but only got the keys on the 7th because they were still cleaning the house. Asked the estate agent to remove the pro-rata from the statement which was never removed. When we moved there was rubble from the previous occupants Wich we had to make our own arrangements to have them removed. I sent an email to the manager which was ignored, whenever I try calling the office I'm told he's on meetings and never calls back, eventually got hold of him and he said he will respond in 14days and cut the call on my ear as he said he is busy with other work. By the way 14 days was 2days ago...I'm still waiting for an email or a call.
