Remax False Advertising - No parking!!

Recently purchased a property, and the agents assigned were Remax - Table View. Upon viewing we were advised that there is a garage AND parking bay included. On the official house advert, it states garage AND parking bay. On the OTP we included the parking bay which was blank. Upon the OTP being finalized, this was crossed out.
