Remax Edenvale& Bedfordview

We have been waiting since Nov 2024 for our rental deposit to be paid out which Remax is required to do in 14 days. I have been calling and emailing with no luck - sometimes they get back to you (if you are lucky) and almost 90% of the time they just ignore you. When you call in wanting to speak to someone they will transfer you to someone with a "deadline". The rental Agent Vicky just does not care and I will NEVER recommend Remax to anyone renting as their ethics and customer service is the worst! Wonder if they even care at all regarding their image... or about the fact that their actions effect others..... Shocking
