REMAX Dishonest and Unfaithful Property Agent

Dishonest and Unfaithful Property Agent - He intentionally recorded the property ERF Number on the OTP signed and sold me a wrong unit other than the one I viewed and inspected, now he has guards to tell me to occupy another unit I never viewed and Inspected. Edward Kgoadi Maruping a ReMAX Propery Agent operating in the Cosmo City Area has sold me a unit which was concluded registration at the deeds office by the 20th December 2019. From then I have been hunting him for house keys without luck, until I decided to go to the house I purchased on the 03 of January where I was told by the owner in the house that the house belongs to them and as far as their aware the above named agent has sold the house next door not theirs. After few phone calls the agent arrived onsite to explain that there was a complications on the house I choose and he opted to give me the one next door without my consent and now I can occupy the same, What the hec****!

All he says at this point is sorry, Pathetic !!!! I am taking this up with ReMAX, Estate Agency Affairs Board and My Lawyers as I AM NOT GOING TO OCCUPY THE HOUSE FOR 20 YEARS THAT I NEVER CHOOSE LET ALONE TO VIEW OR INSPECT.
