Remax Deposits

<p>I've rented a property through Remax Welkom and the agent that assisted us failed to follow procedures. The owner of the property now removed her contract from Remax due to poor service delivery and now they do not want to pay back the deposits we paid them. I've tried calling the principle Bernadette and sent her a couple of messages. She rep**** to my messages and said that her lawyers said it's no problem and that they will pay back the deposits. We are still waiting for it to be paid back. She is not answering my calls nor messages.</p>
